- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, chili powder, honey, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from skillet; add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (30 seconds).
- Pour the remaining marinade into the skillet with garlic; bring to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet along with chopped cilantro. Toss everything together until well coated.
