- 4 submarine rolls
- 1 cup cooked deli meats (turkey, ham, salami)
- 1 cup provolone or mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup fresh vegetables (lettuce, tomato, cucumber)
- ¼ cup Italian dressing
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp hot sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Toast the submarine rolls on a baking sheet for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and hot sauce; set aside.
- Layer deli meats on each roll, followed by cheese and fresh vegetables.
- Spread the sauce mixture on both sides of the rolls before closing them.
- Cut in half diagonally and serve warm.
