Description

A delicious sugar-free chocolate fudge recipe made with almond butter and chocolate chips.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar free chocolate chips
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line a deep pan or 10 x 10-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl or stovetop, melt your chocolate with the almond butter until combined.
  3. Whisk in your vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate fudge mixture in the lined pan and refrigerate or freeze until firm.
  5. Thaw slightly before cutting into 24 pieces.
