Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • About 8 ounces sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan• Preheat oven to 350°F.
    • Line a 9×9-inch pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Mix the Dough• Beat butter until smooth.
    • Add cake mix and egg.
    • Mix until a thick, tacky dough forms.
  3. Create the Base Layer• Press half to two-thirds of dough into the pan evenly.
  4. Add the Gooey Filling• Sprinkle white chocolate chips over dough.
    • Drizzle condensed milk evenly on top.
  5. Finish and Bake• Add remaining dough in small pieces over top.
    • Bake 27–30 minutes until edges are set and center slightly jiggly.
