Ingredients

- ½ cup unsalted butter, very soft
- 1 (15 oz) box strawberry cake mix
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- About 8 ounces sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Prepare the Pan• Preheat oven to 350°F.
• Line a 9×9-inch pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. - Mix the Dough• Beat butter until smooth.
• Add cake mix and egg.
• Mix until a thick, tacky dough forms. - Create the Base Layer• Press half to two-thirds of dough into the pan evenly.
- Add the Gooey Filling• Sprinkle white chocolate chips over dough.
• Drizzle condensed milk evenly on top. - Finish and Bake• Add remaining dough in small pieces over top.
• Bake 27–30 minutes until edges are set and center slightly jiggly. - Cool and Slice• Cool at least 2–3 hours before cutting.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, try using dark chocolate chips.
- Make sure to let them cool completely for the best texture when cutting.
