Description

Delicious and easy to make spinach and cheese crisps that are perfect as a snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet or muffin top pan with parchment paper or lightly coat it with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the softened cream cheese, well-drained spinach, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until fully combined.
  3. Scoop small portions of the mixture onto the prepared pan, leaving space between each mound.
  4. Gently flatten each mound slightly so the crisps bake evenly and develop crisp edges.
  5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are deep golden brown.
  6. Let the crisps cool for 3 to 5 minutes on the pan so they can firm up before removing.
  7. Serve warm, or let them cool a little more if you want them even crispier.
