- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add the peanut butter, egg, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture; stir until just combined.
- Scoop dough onto lined baking sheets, spacing them about two inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers are soft.
