Description
Delicious cheesy beef bombs made with ground beef and wrapped in pizza dough.
Ingredients

- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 lb store-bought pizza dough
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning; stir for 2 minutes and drain excess fat.
- Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheddar until melted.
- Roll pizza dough into rectangles (6×4 inches). Place a spoonful of the beef mixture on each rectangle and fold to seal tightly.
- Arrange bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
Notes
- These bombs are best served warm and can be made ahead of time and reheated.
