- 1 cup pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 10 slices pepperoni
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough to about 1/4-inch thick.
- Cut out 4-inch circles using a round cutter.
- Place pepperoni and mozzarella in the center of each circle; sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Fold the dough over the filling to create half-moons and seal the edges.
- Lightly spray each pocket with olive oil and cook in the air fryer for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- For a crispier texture, ensure the dough is properly rolled out and sealed.
- Can substitute pepperoni with other meats or vegetables as desired.
