- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 3 tablespoons hot honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package directions. Fluff and set aside.
- Whip the ricotta using a food processor or whisk until smooth. Add a pinch of salt or lemon zest if desired.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic, soy sauce, and brown sugar to the skillet. Stir and simmer for 3–4 minutes until thickened.
- In a serving bowl, layer rice on the bottom, spread whipped ricotta, and top with beef mixture.
- Drizzle with hot honey, then garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
Notes
- This dish can be adjusted with different vegetables or sauces according to preference.
- For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of chili flakes to the beef mixture.
