Description
A delicious pan-seared sirloin steak served with tender baby potatoes and garlic.
Ingredients

- 1 pound Sirloin Steak
- 4 cloves Garlic
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
- 1 pound Baby Potatoes
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Dried Italian Herbs
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the halved baby potatoes seasoned with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for about 15 minutes until golden and fork-tender. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Season cubed sirloin steak with salt, pepper, and dried herbs. Sear the steak for 2–3 minutes on each side until nicely browned.
- Lower the heat to medium-low, then add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Return the cooked potatoes to the skillet, gently tossing everything together. Cook for an additional 1–2 minutes to heat through. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute sirloin steak with ribeye or flank steak.
- Fresh garlic is best, but garlic powder can work in a pinch.
- You can swap in sweet potatoes for a sweeter taste.
- Consider mixing in fresh herbs for a gourmet kick.
