Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 4 slices bread
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
Instructions
- Prepare the Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley until smooth.
- Butter the Bread: Spread garlic butter evenly on one side of each bread slice.
- Assemble the Sandwiches: Place two slices butter-side down. Add cheese evenly, then top with remaining bread slices butter-side up.
- Cook the Sandwiches: Heat a skillet over low heat. Cook for 4–5 minutes until golden. Flip and cook another 4–5 minutes until cheese melts fully.
- Serve: Remove from heat, slice, and serve immediately while hot and gooey.
