Description

A delicious and fun way to enjoy pizza flavors in a pastry format, perfect for parties or a cozy night in!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 24 slices beef pepperoni
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • All-purpose flour, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle, making it slightly thinner but still sturdy enough to hold the fillings.
  3. Spread a thin, even layer of pizza sauce over the pastry, leaving a small border along one long edge to help seal the roll later.
  4. Evenly layer the shredded mozzarella across the surface, then arrange the beef pepperoni slices along the top half of the pastry, slightly overlapping them.
  5. Sprinkle dried oregano and basil over the top.
  6. Fold the bottom half of the pastry up over the pepperoni slices, then starting from one end, gently roll the strip into a tight spiral.
  7. Place each roll into a muffin cup in the muffin tin.
  8. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed, and the cheese is bubbling.
  9. Cool slightly and serve warm for the best texture and flavor.
