  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Mince the garlic, zest the lemons, and measure out the rice.
  2. Sear the chicken: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
