- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 cups uncooked pasta
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic; cook until softened.
- Transfer the beef mixture to the crockpot.
- Add crushed tomatoes, beef broth, uncooked pasta, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine and cover the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Stir in shredded cheese before serving.
