- 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Prepare the pasta: Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the pasta until al dente according to package instructions.
- Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then sauté until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes per side). Remove from skillet.
- Sauté garlic: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Create the sauce: Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat, then stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
- Combine: Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet along with drained pasta. Toss until evenly coated with sauce.
- Serve: Adjust seasoning if needed, garnish with extra Parmesan or herbs, and enjoy!
