Delicious and nutritious overnight chia oats topped with fresh berries for a perfect breakfast.
Ingredients

- 0 cups low fat cottage cheese
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (plus more as needed)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1–2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 cup gluten free old-fashioned oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup fresh berries (for topping)
- 0 cups sliced almonds (for topping)
Instructions
- Add the cottage cheese, almond milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer the cottage cheese mixture to a mixing bowl and then fold in the oats and chia seeds. Stir until well combined.
- Separate the oats into two mason jars with lids and let the oats chill overnight.
- After the oats have chilled, remove them from the fridge and give them a stir. Top with fresh berries before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness with more or less maple syrup.
- Can substitute other fruits for topping as desired.
