- 4½ cups Rice Chex cereal
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, sliced
- 8 ounces high-quality white chocolate
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅔ cup sprinkles
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Prepare the Cereal: Pour the Rice Chex cereal into a large bowl and set aside.
- Melt the Coating: In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter, white chocolate, almond extract, and vanilla extract, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Coat the Cereal: Immediately pour the melted mixture over the cereal and gently fold to coat evenly.
- Add Sprinkles: Transfer cereal to a large bag or container, add sprinkles, and shake gently to distribute.
- Finish with Powdered Sugar: Add powdered sugar, shake until coated, then spread onto a lined baking sheet to cool.
