  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Bull’s-Eye buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped for garnish
  • Optional: Cayenne or hot sauce for extra heat

Instructions

  1. Shred cooked chicken using two forks or your hands. Using rotisserie chicken is suggested to save time and add flavor.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch or blue cheese dressing, and buffalo sauce. Stir until smooth and evenly blended to create the flavorful base.
  3. Fold the shredded chicken and shredded cheddar cheese into the creamy mixture ensuring everything is well combined for consistent flavor.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is hot, bubbly, and slightly browned around the edges.
