- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Bull’s-Eye buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped for garnish
- Optional: Cayenne or hot sauce for extra heat
Instructions
- Shred cooked chicken using two forks or your hands. Using rotisserie chicken is suggested to save time and add flavor.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch or blue cheese dressing, and buffalo sauce. Stir until smooth and evenly blended to create the flavorful base.
- Fold the shredded chicken and shredded cheddar cheese into the creamy mixture ensuring everything is well combined for consistent flavor.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is hot, bubbly, and slightly browned around the edges.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle chopped green onions and optional extra cheese on top for freshness and color.
- Serve warm with your choice of chips, veggies, or bread.
