Description
A delicious and easy-to-make banana pudding fudge that is perfect for parties and gatherings.
Ingredients

- 24 oz white bark (or stevia sweetened chocolate chips)
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (or low carb sugar free sweetened condensed milk)
- 1 box (3 oz) banana pudding (or sugar free pudding or 1 – 1 1/2 teaspoons banana extract)
- 10 vanilla wafers, crushed (or sugar free vanilla wafers)
Instructions
- Prepare an 8×8-inch pan by lining it with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
- Heat condensed milk on stove until hot but not boiling and add pudding powder. Stir until dissolved. Add the chocolate in pieces and stir until blended. Mixture will be thick.
- OR melt chocolate in 25 second bursts in microwave stirring in between each, until melted and then add to hot condensed milk and pudding powder and stir until blended. Mixture will be thick.
- Pour mixture into your prepared pan.
- Sprinkle crushed vanilla wafers over top. Gently push them down into the fudge.
- Refrigerate fudge for 2 hours or until it is hardened.
- Cut into pieces and serve.
Notes
- This fudge can be made with low carb alternatives for a healthier option.
- Make sure to store in an airtight container in the fridge.
