- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, chopped artichokes, spinach, garlic powder, and lemon juice; mix until well blended.
- Fold in grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
