Description

Delicious and easy-to-make pepperoni pizza bites using biscuit dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 30 slices pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the biscuit dough into bite-sized pieces. Set aside the shredded mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices so everything is ready for assembly.
  3. In a small bowl, melt the butter and stir in garlic powder and dried Italian seasoning.
  4. Toss each biscuit dough piece in the butter mixture until well coated. Then dip or roll them in shredded mozzarella cheese and wrap with a slice of pepperoni.
  5. Grease a bundt or deep cake pan. Layer the coated dough bites, additional pepperoni slices, and remaining shredded mozzarella cheese alternately.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before inverting onto a serving plate. Serve warm for best flavor.
