Delicious and easy-to-make pepperoni pizza bites using biscuit dough.

- 1 can Pillsbury biscuit dough
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 30 slices pepperoni
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the biscuit dough into bite-sized pieces. Set aside the shredded mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices so everything is ready for assembly.
- In a small bowl, melt the butter and stir in garlic powder and dried Italian seasoning.
- Toss each biscuit dough piece in the butter mixture until well coated. Then dip or roll them in shredded mozzarella cheese and wrap with a slice of pepperoni.
- Grease a bundt or deep cake pan. Layer the coated dough bites, additional pepperoni slices, and remaining shredded mozzarella cheese alternately.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before inverting onto a serving plate. Serve warm for best flavor.
