  • 8 oz large peeled shrimp
  • 1/4 cup pure honey
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Gather all the ingredients. Rinse salmon and shrimp under cold water; pat dry.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice to create the sauce.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  4. Cook salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes until golden brown; flip carefully.
  5. Add shrimp around the salmon in the skillet. Pour the honey garlic sauce over everything.
  6. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until shrimp are opaque and cooked through; let the sauce bubble gently.
