Ingredients

  • 4 cups powdered sugar (for frosting)
  • ½ cup heavy cream (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a sheet pan with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  3. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly. Add the melted butter to the dry ingredients along with eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared sheet pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. While the cake cools, whisk powdered sugar and heavy cream in a separate bowl until smooth.
  6. Once the cake is completely cooled, frost generously with the prepared icing.
