- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, buffalo wing sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses until evenly mixed.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheeses on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Remove from oven and top with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- This dish can be served with tortilla chips or as a filling for wraps.
- For extra heat, add more buffalo wing sauce according to taste.
