Description
A comforting casserole made with chicken, mixed vegetables, and a delicious Bisquick topping.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, green beans)
- 1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup Bisquick mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together shredded chicken, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- In another bowl, whisk together Bisquick and milk until smooth. Pour the batter evenly over the chicken mixture. Do not stir.
- Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the top of the Bisquick batter.
- Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbling around the edges.
- Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.

- This dish is perfect for a weeknight dinner.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
