A delicious creamy spinach recipe that makes for a perfect side dish.

- 10 oz frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in cream cheese and heavy cream. Whisk until smooth and allow to simmer gently until slightly thickened.
- Add thawed, drained spinach to the skillet. Stir well to combine and heat through.
- Mix in Parmesan cheese, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2–3 minutes, stirring until everything is creamy and combined.
- Serve hot as a side dish and enjoy!
